Leave a Job I love?

Should I leave a profession I'm good at and enjoy to pursue further education and a profession in wellness? I love my job and have worked as a teacher for over a decade. I've formed many wonderful relationships, love my students, co-workers, and school, but feel I am upholding a tiered system I don’t believe in. I have a desire to pursue other interests and have learned a lot over the years about wellness. It’s a passion of mine, but I believe I need a master’s degree to have credibility.
